CONSTRUCTION TASK GROUP I
SPRING MEETING SCHEDULE


  • FEBRUARY 23 – introduction to process and to implement work to be done

  • MARCH 17 – preliminary reports from sub task groups; arch pre-selection recommendations

  • APRIL 11 – architect interviews

  • LATE APRIL/EARLY MAY MEETING TO INTERVIEW CONTRACTORS

  • MAY 9 – adding architectural programming to vision programming and beginning to quantify spaces

  • JUNE 13 – quantified spaces and preliminary relationship of spaces possibility

  • July – Beginning refinement of non worship spaces 

  • August – continues refinement of non worship spaces and preliminary look at worship possibilities both for new church and for revised expansion of existing worship space

  • September – continued refinement

  • October- combined meeting with all commissions to review initial recommendation for both plans

  • Updated cost estimates available for this meeting

  • November- further refinement based on commissions recommendation

  • Early December – Take to the parish for written review of the spaces and their vote of choice of plan

  • December – Committee meets to make final recommendation for scope of project and possible phasing
