Once a month I meet with other regional youth ministers to collaborate with each other on programming and retreats. Up to date we have had two joint retreats that have been very successful. We share our struggles and joys with each other regarding our own programming and support those have difficult times. This is a wonderful group of youth ministers! We share ideas, thoughts and solutions for situations going on at the different parishes.
