Encounter Events for Confirmation

Prior to enrolling in the parish Confirmation program, all prospective students are asked ot take part in an event or program that will help them encounter Jesus as someone alive and active in their live and with whom they can have a personal relationship.

Please disregard the "More Events" link. It is a function of the larger parish calendar. All events displayed under "More Events" will not necessarily fullfil the Confirmation Requirement.

Great Lakes Catholic Youth Summer Camp - Here in Brighton!

Every summer Our Lady of the Fields Camp in Brighton partners with Damascus Ministries to host several week-long Catholic Youth Summer Camps for students in grades 6-12. 

Participating in these camps fulfills the Encounter event requirement for our Confirmation program.

If your son or daughter has recently participated in a program through another organization or parish that focused on growing their relationship with Christ please reach out to see if it would fulfill this requirement.
