REGISTRATION AND DONATIONS

TO REGISTER IN THE PARISH

Before you register in the parish we invite you to join us for the Liturgy of the Eucharist on Sunday. If you decide that you would like to become a member of the parish you will find a pre-registration form at the welcoming desk in the gathering area. Fill it out and give it to one of the ministers of hospitality or drop it in the collection basket -or- you may print the form here, and bring it with you on Sunday! (PRE-REGISTRATION FORM
Your form will be given to one of the members of our welcoming team who will in turn contact you to set up a time to meet with them.

NEW MEMBER MEETING

When you meet with a member of the welcoming team they will give you a registration form for you to fill out and you will receive a packet that includes information about the parish. Included in the packet is a copy of our vision statement (covenant). You will also be invited to attend a new member meeting. It is normally held on the first Sunday of the month at 10:10am in the East Room located near the parish offices. (Check the parish bulletin for changes in the schedule.) You may attend a meeting that is convenient for you. Remember to bring your covenant with you to the meeting!

When you attend the meeting, you will be introduced to representatives of some of the ministries in the parish. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and share your hopes, dreams and expectations of the parish. You will be given a form listing the various ministries and opportunities that you may be interested in.

Following the meeting you will be invited to attend the 11:00 Liturgy where all new members are introduced to the assembly at the beginning of the Liturgy and (at the preparation of the gifts) will bring your signed covenants along with the gifts of bread and wine to the altar! 

DONATIONS TO THE PARISH

Each family receives envelopes for your weekly donations. At the beginning of the pack there is a commitment card that you are asked to fill out and return to the parish. All envelopes will be mailed to you. If you choose Electronic Transfer below, and choose to stop delivery of your envelopes, please contact the office.

From our HOME page,choose the “ONLINE GIVING” tab at the top to set up ONLINE GIVING using YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD. You can choose frequency and amount of giving.  USING YOUR CREDIT CARD MAY ALLOW YOU TO EARN POINTS ON YOUR CARD ACCOUNT!  Any questions should be directed to Jeri Gawlowski, bookkeeper, at 810-229-8624
